About Ultrinity

Ultrinity is a political campaign operations platform for voter mapping, canvassing route management, and volunteer coordination. The mobile app gives volunteers the canvassing-route, navigation, and survey-response tools they need in the field; the web app gives campaign managers the planning, voter-search, and analytics tools they need at a desk.

Common Issues

I can't sign in

Confirm you're using the email + password issued by your campaign administrator. Ultrinity uses single sign-on via your organization's account.
If you forgot your password, the sign-in page has a "Forgot password?" link that emails a reset.
If the sign-in screen never loads, check your internet connection — the app needs network access at login (canvassing routes work offline once loaded).

The map shows nothing / is blank

Make sure location permission is enabled: Settings → Ultrinity → Location → While Using the App.
Pull down on the map to refresh, or close and reopen the app.
If you're indoors with a weak GPS signal, the map will still load but won't show your position accurately.

My canvassing route won't load

Routes require an initial sync over a network connection. Once loaded, the route works offline.
Tap the route name in the list. If nothing happens, force-quit the app and reopen.
If your campaign administrator just assigned the route, pull down on the routes list to refresh.

My survey responses didn't sync

Responses are saved to your device first, then uploaded when network is available. If you're offline, they queue automatically.
Return to a connected area and reopen the app — the queue flushes on launch.
If responses are still missing after reconnecting, email support with the voter's address and approximate time of the visit.

The app is slow or crashing

Force-quit and reopen.
Make sure the app is updated to the latest version (App Store → Ultrinity → Update).
Restart your phone. If the issue persists, email support with your phone model and iOS version.
